Annual subscription to HRV Guru Office Hours plus Polar H10 chest strap. Office Hours will meet live on Wednesdays from 10:00 am to 11:00 am EST. Replays and transcripts will be made available in a private Kajabi community.
The purpose of the Office Hours are to answer any questions related to heart rate variability (HRV) and Resonant Breathing (RB). There will be a 20-minute presentation at the beginning of each office hours on related topics of interest. Proceeds will be used to create a FREE 8-week resonant breathing class using EliteHRV and either a Polar H10 chest strap or HeartMath USB Inner Balance.
